Terms And Conditions.

We will do submitted work once we have received payment and you have confirmed with us the required job. Please allow 48 hours for work to be completed, we will do our best to complete work in a timely fashion, however in these early stages, we may have to iron out staffing problems if they occur.

If you have paid for the urgent/priority service, your work will jump to the top of the queue.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your work, please contact us by email and send a copy of the translation including original copy including the date of submittal. Every employee has a record of their previous jobs.

We cannot be held responsible for any consequences of translation errors, to try and prevent this, we will be honest with you and mark areas that are not straight forward or where there is some guess work.

Delivery

The final translation will be delivered by email by default unless stated otherwise.
